Radoslav Bali is the Head of Design at Uizard Technologies, a company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is an experienced designer with a passion for building innovative and intuitive products.

Bali has won several awards for his work, including the Startup Weekend Fintech Copenhagen 2019 and the Startup Weekend Mega in Copenhagen (Service track) in 2017.
In this article, we will be focusing on Bali’s productivity desk setup in 2023. Bali is known for his dedication to productivity and efficiency, and his desk setup reflects this.
At the center of Bali’s desk is a large monitor, a 34-inch curved display from Xiaomi with a 144Hz refresh rate and ultra-wide 1440p resolution. Bali also uses a screen bar Halo LED monitor light from BenQ to reduce eye strain and provide gentle lighting around his desk. On top of the monitor, he has attached two Philips hue light bars for additional lighting when working at night or for a more immersive experience when gaming. The monitor is mounted on a monitor arm to save space on his desk.
Bali’s primary working computer is a MacBook Pro with an M1 chip, 16GB of RAM, and 500GB of SSD storage. He also has a separate laptop that he uses for on-the-go work and meetings. To keep his desk organized, Bali uses a set of drawers for documents and supplies and a set of shelves for books and reference materials.
Bali’s desk setup also includes a standing desk converter that allows him to switch between sitting and standing positions throughout the day. He uses a Herman Miller Aeron chair for ergonomic support, and he has added a headrest from Atlas for additional comfort. Bali also uses a wrist rest for his keyboard and a vertical mouse to reduce strain on his wrist.
Overall, Bali’s desk setup is designed to support his productivity and creativity as a designer. It is well-equipped with the tools and resources he needs to do his best work, and it is organized and comfortable to help him stay focused and energized throughout the day.
